Somatic Breathwork

A space to turn up fully, to be witnessed, guided, held and supported .

Everyday life leaves little space to pause, feel and process what we have been through. Often, long before the body has finished making sense of everything it has experienced, we disassociate to stick with the fast pace of life.

Somatic Breathwork works with the nervous system rather than around it. Stress and emotion that was never fully discharged at the time they happened can stay lodged in the body long after the event has passed. Specific patterns of breath are used to safely activate that stored survival energy, let it complete its cycle and then guide the body back into rest.
